We strive to get to know all of our suppliers personally and introduce them to our staff. This is the only way we can ensure that the entire journey of an ingredient makes its way to your plate.

Sádky lety fishmonger

The ponds on the outskirts of the village of Lety u Dobřichovic offer year-round sales of live fish from all over the Czech Republic. Because we support an ethical economy, we only buy freshwater fish.

Zelené Udolí Eco Farm

This organic livestock farm (“Green Valley”) from Heřmanov has been specializing in sheep, game, poultry, and fish farming since 2001. Our poultry comes exclusively from their free range.

Krásolesí Farm

A well-known goat farm (the name means “beautiful forest” in Czech) producing goat cheese and yogurt as well as cow's milk products. There are normally long lines for their dairy delights, but you can enjoy them directly from our menu!

Italian tradition, Czech milk. The first producer of homemade mozzarella in Prague. The burrata and mozzarella that source from Mozzarellart contains no additives, and are made fresh and natural every day.


Klínec Farm

The perfect farm in a picturesque setting near Mníšek pod Brdy. An ethical approach to animals, personal approach to customers, represented by the friendly Tracht family. We use their poultry, beef, mutton, and pork in our kitchen.
